  2. Visualize – I imagined the life I truly wanted and wrote down specific, detailed descriptions of my ideal future in each pillar.
  3. Modify. Action Plan – I identified the steps needed to transition from my current state to my desired state. Using the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-sensitive) model, I outlined concrete action steps. I took action based on my plan and made continuous adjustments along the way, ensuring steady progress toward my goals.
